Brewed with European ingredients and fermented with our own house Saison yeast blend. This is fermented true to style with a "hot" fermentation in the 80F-100F degree range to derive significant fruity esters and spicy phenols. This Saison has intense peppery phenols, fruit notes such as citrus and pear, strong spicy Noble hop character, with a supporting grainy Pilsner malt backbone.
