RYE AMBER AGED ON FRENCH OAK WITH ETHIOPIAN COFFEE
A well balanced blend of our Reclaimed Rye with Misty Valley, a direct trade organic Ethiopian coffee provided by 1000faces of Athens, GA. Our balanced approach to blending allows the rye malt and French oak of our Reclaimed Rye to maintain it's well-rounded body and delicate undertones of toasted bread, spice, and subtle vanilla while successfully intermingling with the blueberry and subtle chocolate notes of the coffee.
This has been a favorite in our brew lab with tour patrons and as a result we have decided to make a full batch, which should be hitting the market in the coming weeks, check in at your favorite craft beer bar to learn more!
