Our first production beer is a delicious pale ale. Hand brewed with barley from Mecca Grade Estate Malt Barley from Madras Oregon, locally grown Chinook and Willamette hops, and a special made ale yeast culture from Hood River. This beer will please all. A very close cousin to an IPA but with a slightly lower Hop profile and a robust malt profile. It’s damn good!
