Dragoon Unihopper W/ Sorachi Ace

The Unihopper is our rotating single-hopped pale ale.Each time we brew the Unihopper, we use the same sturdy pale ale base as a launchpad to showcase an individual hop variety. As you might imagine, it’s a bit of a hop-bomb--and that is exactly the point. Your taste buds have been warned. This batch features Sorachi Ace, a very distinctive variety that features bright lemon, herbal, and tea-like flavors. It’s great all on its own, but also pairs well with all sorts of pub food like burgers and brats or pizza and wings.
