A delicious “French” Saison with big notes of lemon and grapefruit followed understated aromas of white pepper. A late whirlpool addition of Centennial hops adds a further citrus and floral depth. Crisp, dry, and thirst quenching. This year we went back to the Firefighter homebrew competition to select what we would brew.
