Dry Dock Ice Cube IPA

This Cold IPA is a hybrid style blending the Crisp crushability of an American lager with the juicy hop profile of a West Coast IPA. The grain bill features a light bodied american malt called "Montana Select" from MaltEurop with a healthy addition of rice and wheat. Fermented with a German Lager yeast strain at slightly warmer temperatures to encourage light fruity ester production. This beer is generously hopped with Citra, Azacca, Mosaic, Strata, and a touch of Mosaic.
