"Pivo" translates to "beer" in the Czech language. This beer is inspired by the OG Pilsner Urquell. We used bohemian pilsner malt from Montana Craft Malting, Saaz hops, and a slightly expressive lager yeast. Expect slight sulfur on the nose and a crisp + delicate finish.
