This French style Saison is our 2025 GABF Pro-Am entry and was brewed with Mark Pennick, The Brew Huts annual competition winner. This beer was built with French Pilsner malt from MaltEurop; then assertively hopped with Nectaron, Nelson, and Saaz hops. To make things even more interesting with added generous amounts of Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauv. wine grapes. This brew was then fermented with a blend of Saison yeasts to develop unique character and push attenuation. Served at a higher carbonation level than your average brew, this is a good example of a classic style with the spirit of experimentation.
