In honor of St. Brendan “The Navigator,” an early Irish Monk who explored the Atlantic in search of the Garden of Eden. Earthy, rustic notes of figs, pears, and spice dominate a dry, malty base fermented with one of our favorite Belgian yeast strains from LaChouffe.
