Dry Dock Thinkin' Bout Drinkin

To celebrate The Brew Hut's 30th Anniversary, we put our minds together to brew this new W.C. IPA. This brew starts with a balanced + bready grain bill and is then loaded full of hops. We used Cascade, Motueka, Nectaron, and Citra Cryo hops through out the process. This beer was hopped throughout the boil, heavily in the whirlpool, and then double dry hopped. Expect notes of pine, stone fruit, tangerine, and balanced bitterness.
