A mixed fermentation golden sour ale. Originally fermented with a classic Saison yeast and then rested in oak barrels for 7 months with many other strains of yeast and bacteria. Very gueze like in its aroma and flavor, it’s a nod to the classics. This beer was one of our Pro-Am submissions to GABF from brewer Tony Burink who won best in show at the Big Beers, Belgians, and Barlewines homebrew competition. Congrats, Tony!
