With the goal of a more enhanced and flavorful seasonal option, this unique wheat Ale celebrates the return of warm weather by bringing together two Southern staples for spring: peaches and craft beer.
Light-bodied with wheat malt character, we added more than 80 pounds of peach and apricot puree, and the payoff is an aroma that pops with an intentionally subtle balance of the two. The light bodied nature of this beer allows the fruit characters to shine through with a slightly tart finish. At 5% ABV, this beer drinks easy, and is pleasantly refreshing.
