This DIPA features Denali and Idaho 7 hops with a little bit of Merkur in the background. The end result is an amazing pineapple aroma with hints of resin, herbal, floral and dark fruit. The flavor gets a little more complex, the fruit dissipates quickly leading to a nice resiny IPA flavor with notes of lime, pine, berry and mint. This super complex beer is a nice blend of two distinct types of hops, fruity and resiny. It is a light-colored brew, with a light body and a dry, clean finish.
