ELSEWHERE is a red, solera-aged wild ale, fermented using only coolship-caught microflora. It has a moderate tartness which allows an incredible depth of complexity to come through. Spicy wild-yeast funk is present up front in the aroma with the malty, but dry, backbone adding richness. The acidity combined with unique fruity esters makes this a beer to analyze for hours. Notes of cherry, peach, apricot, plum, and red apple in the aroma and flavor.
