Our 2016 Summer Beer Quest winning recipe from Jim Anciaux and Jeff Vanek features a big aroma of citrus and dank-hops with a mild apricot pie sweetness and a finish that’s all juicy, citrusy hops. This IPA was brewed with a generous amount of Vienna malt lending a solid sweet-bready base to display the wealth of character from three hop varieties. Pairs well with spicy entrees and fruit-forward desserts.
