Equilibrium Perturbation Citra

The Perturbation series starts with a complex malt bill, water treatment, and fermentation that we consider at “Equilibrium” and makes a simple change or “Perturbation” to the beer to investigate the impact to the drinking experience. For Perturbation Citra, we shifted all the hops to Citra. We taste bright tropical passion fruit, mango, pineapple, lychee, and touch of sweet that’s balanced by a smooth bitterness and round mouthfeel. The aroma mirrors the taste allowing the interplay of citra and a well-balanced beer to be enjoyed. This is a great easy drinking IPA to celebrate New York’s transition to warmer weather!
