Bright golden in color, low in bitterness, a pleasant citrus aroma with a nice malty background. We purposely added the majority of the hops at the end of the boil as well as dry hopping. This single hop beer exemplifies the virtues of Citra hops. The malt is American two row with a small amount of Vienna malt to bring out the caramel goodness.
