This beer is our interpretation of a pre-reinheitsgebot German beer brewed with old-world ingredients, including Colorado grown Bergamot and Nebraska grown Goldenrod.
This is a collaboration brew with Farnam House Brewing out of Omaha, Nebraska. Bergamot and Goldenrod were steeped into tea form, and then added to the brew.
