Our pale ale, named for the parallel Traverse City is located at, is brewed only with locally grown hops. We're using traditional American varieties (Cascade, Columbus and Willamette) which, like all hops, love living equidistant between the equator and the North Pole. On tap, this beer flows through fresh hops on the way to your glass. This unique serving technique brings forth notes of grapefruit and hints of pine and flowers which are obtained by using this particular hop trio.
