Nug Champa is our once a year Double IPA to be released leading up to the every so important holiday on April 20th. Not to be out of theme, this beer is a veritable head-shop in a glass smelling like a truck load of marijuana crossing state lines. Freshly trimmed pot leaves, sticky resin, and underlying notes of tangerine peel and coconut leave this beer with a complex hop profile that changes and morphs with the temperature.

We fill the brew kettle to the brim with assertive Chinook hops, giving the beer intense grapefruit and pine flavors that linger through its dry finish. After fermentation, we dry hop with a blend of Cascade and Centennial hops for a floral citrus aroma. A touch of lightly kilned caramel malts make Tower 10 a well balanced, full flavored IPA.
