Figueroa Mountain 13th Anniversary

13 years of great beer calls for a celebratory hop bomb unlike any we have brewed before! We used a world-famous lager yeast to showcase the clean fermentation characteristics. The clean ferment accentuates hop aroma and flavor from an intense blend of 3 different forms of Mosaic hops. Our hand-selected Mosaic fills out the flavor and bitterness, while the complex Mosaic-Cryo hops create an intense aromatic bouquet of mango, blueberry and pine. Lastly, a flowable Mosaic concentrate marries the two with intense Mosaic flavor and aroma! This brew is designed to drink as fresh as possible, so don't let the celebration wait!
