The latest addition of our 'Pounds Per Barrel' series explores newer American hop varieties. El Dorado hops elicit watermelon, pear, and stone fruit aromas and a sweet fruity taste. The beer is purposefully light to showcase the triple dry hopping and hop bursting techniques used. The result is a 7.4% ABV, highly hopped new age IPA with a full body and no lasting bitterness.
