To commemorate our ninth anniversary, we created a barrel-aged imperial stout with flavors inspired by Mexican chocolate. This stout was aged in both bourbon and Tequila barrels, then treated with cacao, vanilla, cinnamon, ancho and guajillo peppers for added depth. Rich, roasted notes seamlessly blend with developed chocolate and smoky characteristics, while vanilla and barrel-aging help pump up the sweetness in this flavor fiesta.
