Figueroa Mountain Banana Hammock Panic

Upon his return from Germany, Kevin was inspired to brew a traditional style Weissbeer that fit with the change in seasons. Banana Hammock Panic (BHP) is a Dunkelweiss, or dark Hefeweizen that showcases banana, clove, and chocolate flavors and aromas. It is unfiltered to maintain a more full texture and yeast driven characteristics. As the weather becomes cooler and cooler the panic of not being able to wear beach attire sets in. One should never fear, though, as a beer like this is designed for comfort during this difficult time. We will see you back on the beach soon!
