Our friends from Sacramento's Device Brewing came south to brew a beer we both felt was fun to brew, and even better to drink! Cinco Dos Tres is classic Mexican-style amber lager that is fermented extremely cold to create a satisfyingly smooth, easy-drinking lager. Since this is our 523rd batch of beer brewed at our Santa Barbara location, we kept the name easy too. Time to brush up on our counting in Spanish.
