Figueroa Mountain Fruit Stand Strawberry Fields

For our Fruited Fruited Sour beers. Lacto Brevis creates the very sour Lactic base beer. We then add between 1 and 1.5 lbs of fruit per gallon of beer, creating a balanced, tart beer bursting with fresh fruit. Jam Jam (like fruit jam!) is our fruited sour category and then we add different fruits to differentiate them. Thus, this one is designed to taste like a tart Strawberry Rhubarb cobbler.
