Fuzzy Navel is an unfiltered (fuzzy) Gluten-Reduced IPA with over 500 pounds of real peaches added to the finished beer, creating a fresh, juicy peach finish. Dry-hopped with Amarillo, Mosaic, and Mandarina Bavaria, the hop aroma is pleasantly fruity. To remove the gluten from this all-grain (barley) IPA, an enzyme was added at the start of the regular beer fermentation process which breaks down the specific gluten protein that causes allergic reactions or adverse health effects.
