This tan brew has a nose of earthy English hops with subtle notes of apple and pear courtesy of an ale yeast strain from the birthplace of IPA, the famous Burton-OnTrent. This beer is all about balance! Using select specialty malts and only the finest English Maris Otter winter barley as our base malt, this beer is toasty, nutty, and malty without being sweet. Burtonising the brewing water and adding a healthy dose of Kent Golding hops to the kettle provide a balanced, and lingering bitterness that doesn’t overpower the malty backbone of the beer. Cask ale lovers, keep your eyes on the schedule. You won’t want to miss this one.

Hops: Kent Golding, Northern Brewer

Grains/Adjuncts: Crystal Malt, Dark Crystal Malt, Maris Otter Pale Malt, Munich Malt, Victory Malt

Brick Row Red Ale is a smooth and easy drinking malty ale. A blend of English malts create a bright amber color and rich malt flavors with noted of nuttiness, biscuit, caramel, and a mild bread character. German Hallertauer hops provide just a hint of bitterness and aroma to balance the malts. Overall, look for a smooth, clean, and drinkable red ale with a blend of malt flavors and pleasant malt aroma.
