Figueroa Mountain Jam Jam Boysenberry

For our American Fruited Sour beers. Lacto Brevis creates the very sour Lactic base beer. We then add between 1 and 1.5 lbs of fruit per gallon of beer, creating a balanced, tart beer bursting with fresh fruit. Jam Jam (like fruit jam!) is our fruited sour category and then we add different fruits to differentiate them.
