American Fruited Sour. Lacto Brevis creates the very sour, Lactic base beer. We then add more than 1.5 lbs of fruit per gallon of beer, creating a balanced, tart beer burtsting with fresh Boysenberries. Jam Jam (like fruit jam!) is our fruited sour category and then we add different fruits to differentiate them. Thus, this one is Jam Jam Boysenberry.
