Figueroa Mountain Jam Jam Guava Passionfruit

For our Contemporary Gose, Lacto Brevis creates the very sour Lactic base beer. We then add, San Francisco Sea Salt and between 1 and 1.5 lbs of fruit per gallon of beer, creating a balanced, tart beer burtsting with fresh fruit. Jam Jam (like fruit jam!) is our fruited sour category and then we add different fruits to differentiate them. Thus, this one is Jam Jam Guava Passionfruit.
