Using a unique American Noble hop blend from our friends at Yakima Chief Hop Union in Yakima WA, We wanted to brew a beer that is associated with the changing of seasons. Maibock (May Bock) is typically brewed in the Winter to be released in late April or early May. Notes of rising bread, hardtack, and browned cracker mix harmoniusly with floral, grassy, and subtle citrus qualities of the hops.
