Figueroa Mountain "Mountain Mule"

Using a unique Saison yeast strain, this ale is fruity, spicy and complex . We used ginger in 3 different forms to create a depth of ginger flavor and aroma. Organic powdered ginger lays a foundation for thorough ginger root flavor. Organic candied ginger adds distinct spicy ginger notes as well as a sweetness to balance the spice character. 3lbs of fresh organic ginger per barrel (each 31 gallons) creates abundant ginger aromas and flavors. Notes of honey round out the malt profile in this cocktail inspired brew. We hope you enjoy our beer version of an absolute classic.
