This big time brut IPA was the brainchild of the owner of Figueroa Mountain's favorite Laugh. PJ has been with FMB since 2014, and his laugh is infamous. PJ's first recipe is a bold Brut IPA featuring some fantastic hop varietals like Citra, Loral, Mosaic, and Sabro. These hops provide aromas and flavors of guava, lemon-lime citrus, berries, and coconut/pineapple. This one is super dry to help create a nice refreshing finish, and truly allow those hops to laugh it up.
