A comtemporary take on a light rice lager. Super light and refreshing with just enough hop character to make things interesting. Mosaic hops are added in the whirlpool and at knockout, then dry hopped with Cashmere and Mosaic. The name is a play off of the word mosaic, which is the primary hop.
