Tucked in about 10 miles off of Paradise Road lies the Red Rock Pools. This area is known as a local party spot and features deep pools (especially now after all this rain!). We had to brew a beer that is similarly awesome and decided on an Imperial Red Ale. Bold grain features like rich caramel, toffee, and egg washed pie crust meets hop intensity from the use of hops such as Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe, and Bravo. These Hops bring on surging tropical citrus notes, along with fresh berries and pine. Take a splash in Red Rock!
