Our brewer Rudy’s first specialty release Rye Here Rye Now Lager is a unique beer that utilizes three Michigan bred hops called Mackinac, Bergamot, and Gemini that lend a resinous citrus quality and balanced bitterness. These hops were provided to us by Elk Meadow Hops. Specialty malts include CaraRed , Munich, flaked rye and chocolate. This creates a toasted, toffee spice that blends into the hop character and provides a medium body.
