Extra dry Japanese rice lager with 20% rice. Hopped with Magnum for bittering and Halltertau Mittelfruh in the whirlpool for aroma. Very subtle in its approach. Lightly floral from the rice and subtle hop aroma. Very easy to drink. Low calorie (about 100 per 12oz) and gluten reduced.
