On our latest Local's Only project we've teamed up with our good local buddies at Captain Fattys brewing to team up on a delicious kettle sour. Strawberry Flash is a gently tart, medium bodied sour wheat beer with fresh Strawberry puree added during fermentation. Strawberry is the predominant feature of this beer and it works so well with delicate tartness.
