Apollo in Greek/Roman mythology is the son of Zeus, and is known to be the god of many things including poetry, music, art, and the sun. Apollo the hop is a crossbreed between an experimental varietal and Zeus (yes its a hop!) Apollo packs a punch and brings forth resinous pine qualities and varying citrus such as lime, grapefruit, and orange zest.
