Mike Fink pioneered the growing river traffic of the Ohio and Mississippi rivers at the turn of the 18th century. Aptly dubbed the ‘King of the River’, it is fabled that Big Mike Fink could drink a gallon of whiskey and still shoot the tail off a pig at 90 paces. With a big legend comes a big beer. Made with spicy and rich American rye malt, which gives the style its noticeable haze, Fink delivers a malty body teeming with toffee and caramel. Blended with Falconer’s Flight hops to highlight a tropical, grapefruit zest, everything we put in this beer comes together to create a flavor as big as the legend himself.

Flavor: Rich, mouth-coating flavors of toffee and caramel, layered with a tropical, grapefruit zest and a slight spiciness.
Clarity: Pours hazy and reddish-brown, with a fluffy, khaki-colored head.
Aroma: Tropical and fruity, with an abundance of malty sweetness.

Food Pairing: Jerk chicken, Wensleydale cheese & savory bread pudding

Hops: Warrior, Falconer's Flight

Grains/Adjuncts: Rye Malt, Crystal 40L, Maris Otter, Cara Malt, Red X

Yeast: West Coast
