A blend of select organic Washington apples robustly infused with locally gathered Grand and Douglas Fir tips as well as raw, organic ginger root, resulted in a cider with resinous lemon rind aromatics and undertones of ginger warmth. This small batch release was aged five months in straight rye American oak whiskey barrels.
