Bonanza is our take on a West Coast Double IPA, dry-hopped throughout fermentation to build deep flavor and texture. The result is a Double IPA that is bright, but not glaring, and intense, but balanced. Simcoe, Cashmere, Comet, and newcomer Zappa (a neomexicanus hop native to western North America) come together to create inviting aromas of piney botanicals, citrus zest, and fresh mango.
