Loose Leaf is a Dark Farmhouse Ale brewed in collaboration with Fox Tale Fermentation Project. This new take on old world styles infuses fig leaves and osmanthus flowers to lend unexpected flavors of coconut, vanilla, herbs, and peach to a rich, nutty foundation. Fermentation with our house Bière de Garde yeast leaves the beer with a crisp, dry finish.
