Four Saints Wake Me Up Before You Go Go Blonde Stout

A harmonious marriage of ingredients, processes and beer. ​We like our friends at Birdsong Brewing in Charlotte. They get it. Beer is about craftsmanship and having fun. For this year's Queen City Brewers Festival we decided to make a beer that was a little off the beaten path and still accessible to all. Forgoing roasted malts and using Ethiopian coffee and Ghana cacao nibs, we have a light colored beer with the flavor characteristics of a stout. It'll certainly put the boom boom back into your heart.
