This Extra Special Bitter(ESB) has a rich deep amber color and is medium bodied. The biggest of the bitters (Bitter, Special Bitter, and ESB has a caramel and toffee character, and slightly biscuit or bready malt profile. Hops take over after the initial malt flavors.
