Our fruity Double IPA changes slightly between batches with a rotating "star hop" but is always brewed with 5 different hop varieties balanced out with a malty backbone.
Hops: Cascade, Centennial, Chinook, Citra, Columbus, Tomahawk, Zeus
Grains/Adjuncts: Crystal Malt, Dark Munich Malt, Pale Malt 2-row
