Our first beer! The Light Gold Ale started out as a pale ale, but thanks in part to a “bad” brew day, it turned out to be one of the best mistakes we’ve made! After adjusting our original recipe, the Light Gold now features a pronounced malt backbone with flavors of caramel, grapefruit, and light floral notes. It’s light but bold body makes it an easy sipping ale you can drink all day.
