Fortunate Sun, is a bright citrus forward IPA brewed with Kumquats and a yeast that produces minor wild like characteristics. On the nose there are aromas of tart citrus and tropical forward hops. This is followed by a juicy palate that opens with notes of oranges, lemons, kumquats and a medley of tropical fruit. Fortunate Sun finishes with a kiss of sweetness before drying with a pleasantly tartness.
