Collaboration brew with Sydney based Doctor's Orders. A Sour Ale with Yuzu and Black lime. Yuzu is kind of like a sour mandarin which looks like a grapefruit, and Black Lime is a type of Persian sun dried lime which contributes sour, citrusy and sometimes smoky flavours.
